Refund policy
Upon proof of purchase we are happy to accept a product return if the item is faulty, or if you have received the incorrect item. Acceptable proof can be in the format of the purchase receipt, confirmation email or bank statement. This is the same for items you have purchased yourself, or those received as gifts. We provide a two-year replacement warranty policy for all products we sell. Unfortunately, online orders cannot be cancelled if you change your mind.
In the unlikely event that your product is impaired in any way, please contact our Customer Support Team on Ph. 03 9081 7600 or email support@sodaking.com.au and we will be happy to provide technical assistance. If your product is deemed to be faulty and is still under warranty, we will happily replace the item.
